This site collects nothing on its own. What you send us over WhatsApp is used to run your trip, and nothing else.

  1. 1. What this website collects

Nothing automatically. This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies. You can read every page without us learning anything about you.

There is no account to create and no payment form. The site never asks for a card number and never handles one.

  2. 2. What you send us, and when

Booking happens over WhatsApp. When you press a booking or enquiry button, this site writes a message for you — the trip, your dates, your group size, and any note you typed — and opens WhatsApp with it ready to send.

Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. If you close it there, we never see it.

  3. 3. What we do with it

We use what you tell us to answer your question, quote your trip, and run it: your name, your dates, your group size, and anything you tell us about fitness or dietary needs.

We pass on only what a trip needs — your name and group size to the guide team, for example, and your details to the national park for the permit and the trekking insurance that come with every package.

We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing to a number that messaged us about a trip.

  4. 4. WhatsApp itself

The conversation happens inside WhatsApp, which is run by Meta, not by us. Their handling of your message is covered by their own privacy terms.

If you would rather not use WhatsApp, email us instead and we will arrange the trip that way.

  5. 5. How long we keep it

We keep booking correspondence while a trip is being arranged and for as long afterwards as our accounting and insurance obligations require.

An enquiry that does not turn into a booking is not kept for any purpose of ours beyond the conversation.

  6. 6. Photographs

Guides sometimes take photos on the mountain. If we would like to use one showing you on this site or on social media, we ask you first — and no is a complete answer that changes nothing about your trip.

  7. 7. Asking us what we hold

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us or email [email protected].

Some records we have to keep for a period under accounting or insurance rules; where that applies we will tell you which, and why.

  8. 8. Links to other websites

Some pages link out — to the national park, to weather services, to partners. Once you follow one of those links you are on their site, under their privacy terms, not ours.

Anything here you want explained?

Ask before you pay a deposit rather than after. We would rather spend the message now than have you read a term you did not expect.
